I love your comparison between the Organic food hype and religion. I don't understand how people can actually think that organic food is *better* for human-kind. How do we feed 6 billion people without using modern farming techniques? We can't. There's not enough resources to do this -- and we'll be less healthy, at that rate, as modern pesticides are *updated* to a state where they cause less illness, not more.
