I sometimes wonder where “organic food” is going. The problem is that one has to trust the entire production line to insure that the food is indeed “organic”. But when an enterprising individual can buy apples in bulk and label them as organic… I guess the govmint will step in again. And prices will go up. And maybe it will go from a great idea to the fad that it is.
